2.) TERMINATION:
We, Steam Wars, reserve the right to terminate your account at anytime for any reason. This cannot be disputed and refunds may not be issued on any purchases made that were lost as a result of your account termination.
3.) RULES:
You agree to follow the rules stated within the games rulebook. You also agree to any penalties that may result in breaking those rules, including but not limited to account termination, suspension, and ip banning. Also can result in legal actions against you or your Guardian.
4.) CHEATING:
Cheating is the violation of game rules (see http://www.steam-wars.com/beta/rules.php) or the exploitation of a game bug. A bug is a glitch in the game coding which allows the player to get something they shouldn't normally get. When this occurs you, the player, are obligated to file a report immediately to the customer service email at Support@steam-wars.com and discontinue and abuse of the bug IMMEDIATELY. If you continue to use the bug for your own gain, it is considered exploitation and you will be punished for doing so. Punishments for exploitation include, but are not limited to, account termination, account suspension, ip banning, prosecution in a court of law.
5.) ACCOUNT UPGRADES:
You are allowed to purchase account upgrade using real money (CAD). These upgrades include, but are not limited to extra game Swagger, and 31-day subscriptions. You are guaranteed to get whatever you paid for, however, if found cheating/violating game rules/violating TOS Policy, you may lose your purchases and may be denied a refund.
6.) User I.P:
Steam-Wars reserves the right to track and keep records of anyone who enters this site. Steam-Wars will never give/sell your I.P to outside sources for consumer reports, we value your privacy. Once you register, you are agreeing to this.
7.) SW Store:
Steam-Wars is partners with Paypal and Daopay, and is implementing our own 1-900 number. All sales are final after the purchase has been verified and processed. Any unpaid purchases or store exploits will lead to Legal Ramifications... |
